To track your order you may utilize one of the following options:
- Pull up the order confirmation email (Subject line should say New Order # ATi xxxx) or order shipment email (Subject line should say Order Shipped # ATi xxxx) sent to you by ATi. Within the emails there should be Shipment Method and the tracking number. Go to the carrier’s web site and enter the tracking number to locate the package.
- Log into your account (https://www.ascendtools.com/myaccount.asp). In your account profile there is a section called Track your recent orders. In this section all your order are listed. To find out the status of a specific order, locate the order number in the Order # column and click on (View Details). This will pull up that particular order with all the shipping and tracking information.
- If you are unable to find your order in your account profile OR you don’t have an account please send email to firstname.lastname@example.org along with order number, order date and tracking information (if available). We will get back with you within 24 hours.
