The RMA process requires receiving a request from the customer, ATi’s evaluation of RMA request, customer informed of the decision via email; and, if approved, ship back instructions. PLEASE DO NOT SHIP BACK PRODUCT WITHOUT APPROVAL AND WITHOUT RMA NUMBER ON THE RETURN PACKAGE.
To create RMA request you may utilize one of the following two options:
- Log into your account (https://www.ascendtools.com/myaccount.asp). In your account profile there is a section called Track your recent orders. In this section all your order are listed. To create an RMA request against a specific order, locate the order number in the Order # column and click on (View Details). This will pull up that particular order with all the details. Above the section where products are listed there is a box ‘Add New RMA’. Click on the box and specify the items being returned against each of the line items. In the Order Returns Options please ensure you specify the Reason and Method for Return / Exchange. In the My Comments section please specify any other details to help us evaluate your RMA request.
- If you are unable to find your order in your account profile OR you don’t have an account please send email to firstname.lastname@example.org along with order number, order date, SKU numbers of ordered items, number of items being returned / exchanged, Reason and Method of return / exchange and comments help us evaluate your RMA request.
