4" Straight shears for cutting embroidery floss, cross stitch, needlepoint, quilting, thread, trimming fabric, rubber, string, crafts, paper, film and many other materials.  These compact shears are excellent for cutting details.  It cuts just as well from the edges as from the blade mid-section.
