This slim pegboard is used for
placement in a tool crib, chest or toolbox to initiate or expand
existing organizer. Ascend Tools™ full size pegboards can be
complemented with slim pegboards based on space availability. It's size is 11" x 2.8" x 0.45" (280mm x 70mm x 12mm). It's companion accessories consist of clips to hold the tools, socket holders for 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" sockets in place, plastic and metal hooks to hang the tools on the pegboard, hanging rod and wrench holder. Labels or peg dots to mark SAE / metric socket sizes or other products are available. All accessories can be found in the 'Related Items' section below.
If you already own the 76-piece Organizer Genie starter kit (TCB-PB076) then these boards can be used for expanding your tool organizing area along with available additional clips, holders and hangers. In case full size pegboard does not fit the drawer, chances are the slim boards may fit.
Recommended ensemble: Start with the 76-piece kit (TCB-PB076). As the need arises, scale up your toll organization area with four (4) pegboards (TCB-PB082A) OR one (1) pegboard (TCB-PB017) and 50 piece clips and holders mix pouch (TCB-MX-011 containing 12 each of 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" socket holders and 14 universal clips). Tool cribs and drawers have limited area so a slim pegboard (TCB-PB017) may be needed and can be purchased separately. For wall installation use plastic or metal hooks based on the weight of the tool. The plastic hooks (TCB-PHK075) come in the length of 1.97" (50mm). The metal hooks come in three lengths: 1.97" / 50mm (TCB-MHK025), 2.76" / 70mm (TCB-MHK026 and 4.33" / 110 mm (TCB-MHK027).
