shears cut soft stranded cable (e.g., SOOW cord) with minimal force due to high
leverage and sharp blade. The blade
edges are hardened for durability allowing hundreds of cuts. The wire lodges into the notch and facilitates
single-step cutting. The serrated edge
on one blade prevents slippage during cutting operation. The long tangs on the blades provide cutting
efficiency. Its blades are made of stainless
steel and are infused with Molybdenum and Vanadium through a proprietary
manufacturing process to harden (Rockwell Standard HRC 58-60) the blades needed
for cutting wire. These scissors are
made of high carbon alloy steel sourced from Japan and manufactured into a high
quality wire cutting tool. The grip is also outfitted with sporty ergonomic handles made of Nylon with 30% fiberglass and TPR over-molded for comfort.
The
sharp and hardened blades on these shears are meant for hundreds of clean cuts
on soft stranded cables thus reducing hand fatigue. They can also cut variety of soft materials to
