Definitions
Seller refers to the
website owner – the person to whom the order for the purchase has been given.
Buyer refers to the
person or organization placing the order.
Goods
refer
to the product(s) for which the buyer has placed an order with the seller.
Services refer to
customer service in general.
Payment
B2C / Consumer / Retail: All payments are due upon completion of the
order. If payment is not received or
the payment method is declined, the order will not be placed for the products
and the ordered product/s will not be shipped.
The buyer forfeits the ownership of any items due to non-payment. We
accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and
American Express. We also accept Amazon Pay, Paypal, VISA Checkout and

B2B / Distributor / Reseller / Manufacturer’s
Representatives: Payments are handled
based upon the agreements between Ascend Tools, Inc. and the said party.
Invoicing
On the checkout page, the buyer has the option to
create an account. If the buyer chooses
to open an account, the buyer can log into the account and see all account
activity including invoice, shipment tracking, and history.
Shipping Policies
All purchase transactions are conducted on Ascend
Tools’ eCommerce platform (https://www.ascendtools.com ) and on online shopping platforms such as Amazon (www.amazon.com/shops/A159M19GSY6B1C).
At the time of the sale, Ascend Tools’ eCommerce the system generates order confirmation and when the product is shipped a shipment
confirmation email is sent to the buyer, provided the buyer has entered the
email on the checkout page.
Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount
calculated by the seller at the time of purchase. If the item has been delivered as indicated by
the carrier’s tracking system, the seller considers the product as delivered. If the tracking system does not show an item
delivered or if an
item is lost during shipping, the total cost of the item including shipping will
be refunded to the buyer by the seller. Shipping
costs may increase if shipping internationally or on rush orders. Offer for Free Shipping in the USA does not
apply to any orders shipped outside of the USA. Additional shipping will be
charged for orders shipped outside of the USA. If an item is damaged during
shipping, the seller will not be held responsible. The seller will take all reasonable steps to
ensure the protection from loss, damage, or destruction of the services or materials
it supplies the buyer.
