These PATENT PENDING 8" shears are sharp and are meant for clean cuts into a variety of soft materials where ordinary scissors would wear out quickly.   Its blades are made of high carbon alloy steel from Japan (SUS 420J2) with heat treatment through a proprietary manufacturing process to harden (HRC 50-54) the cutting blades needed to last.   One blade is micro-serrated to avoid slippage and the other can be sharpened to extend product life.  The tang on the blades is long to provide cutting efficiency.


For easier cutting on flat surfaces this product comes with offset handles, please see our Havy Duty Multipurpose Angled Shears (ATi-832A).

For light duty work please see our Straight Edge Light Duty Shears (ATi-831S) or Angled Edge Light Duty Shears (ATi-831A).

I want to say that after just 2 days with the 8" shears I am simply in LOVE ?? with them. They fit perfectly in my hand for a great controlled grip. The shears also cut my 1" circle diameter sticks with easy. Happy customer

My best tool purchase yet
This cutter has been by far the best. Cuts my chipboard with ease and the grip is also perfect. I recommend this cutter to anyone.

This tool is great, it cuts threw mostly everything we use on a daily bases. A cool feature is the small hand / large hand grip change system. My boss has very large hands, and i have small so we can both use it, and if it is laying around the shop all the boys can use it too.
